【Use Case】 Sound Quality Evaluation

The right sound can also increase sales!

The importance of evaluating the sound quality of noise generated during the comprehensive quality assessment of products has never been higher. In various products ranging from automobiles to manual tools, not only the level of noise emitted by the product but also its sound quality influences purchasing intentions. A suitable sound can even lead to increased sales. Many factors are beginning to affect the sound quality evaluation process. Traditional objective measurements and analyses, such as A-weighted sound pressure levels and FFT analysis, are not sufficient for analyzing product sound. Ultimately, it is the human ear that determines the quality of sound, making customer surveys and sensory evaluation tests important for establishing acceptable ranges of sound quality. Printing Quality Evaluation Software "Press Meister"

Examples of allowable tolerance settings by color difference value are also included! We will introduce the three measurement modes.

"Press Meister" is a printing quality evaluation software that visually manages the color quality of multiple printing machines and improves productivity. In the "L*a*b* measurement mode" enlarged display, subtle differences between each solid color and the reference value can be enlarged with the reference value as the origin for each color on the graph display screen. Dot gain measurements of 40/80% and 25/50/75% can be performed. In addition, there are also "balance measurement mode" and "tone measurement mode," which measure patches corresponding to the left, center, and right points of the printing machine, displaying the density difference and trap difference from the reference. 【L*a*b* Measurement Mode】 ■ Overall Display: Manages to achieve printing close to the reference value by optimizing factors such as dampening water. ■ Enlarged Display: Allows for enlarged display with the reference value as the origin for each color. ■ Dot Gain: Capable of measuring dot gain at 40/80% and 25/50/75%. ■ Reference Values: Supports JapanColor, ISO, and G7, and allows for registration of in-house standards. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
